Gebelik Ve Primer Biliyer Kolanjit/ Primer Sklerozan Kolanjit
Anahtar Kelimeler
Primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) and primary
sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) are progressive, chronic cholestatic liver
diseases. Although it is known that there are anovulatory cycles in chronic
liver diseases, recent studies suggest that fertility in women with both PBC
and PSC is not impaired. Although there are no large cohort studies, according
to recent meta-analyses; it is known that pregnant women with both PBK and PSC
face the risk of preterm birth. In terms of disease activation during
pregnancy, the information appears to be quite heterogeneous. As a result, it
is recommended that women with chronic liver disease be informed by a
hepatologist before pregnancy, and if they become pregnant, they should be
followed up multidisciplinary with the gynecologist and hepatologist.
