Gebelik Ve Endoskopik İşlemlerde Antikoagülan Yönetimi
Anahtar Kelimeler
Pregnancy can lead to indications for endoscopic
procedures in pregnant individuals, just as it can cause symptoms in various
systems, as in the general population. Before performing endoscopic procedures
on pregnant women, it is recommended to carefully review the indications and,
if possible, postpone the procedure to the second trimester. During the
administration of sedation, attention should be paid to the pregnancy category
of sedative drugs, and close monitoring of the fetus is advised. Additionally,
the number of pregnant individuals requiring anticoagulant/antithrombotic
therapy is increasing with advancements in medicine. In those using
anticoagulant/antithrombotic agents, the management of these agents should be
considered based on the risk of thrombosis and bleeding complications during
endoscopic procedures, considering the risk-benefit ratio.
