Teachers having positive personality traits besides professional competencies is seen as an essential factor that best uses the teaching profession. This study investigates the correlation between special education teachers’ psychological resilience, self-efficacy, and attitudes toward seeking psychological help. As a result of the research, a negative correlation was found between special education teachers' self-efficacy and their attitudes toward getting psychological help.
