Special education services are a process that requires professional social support and teamwork. Professional social support is also considered necessary for the performance and motivation of teachers working in private education institutions. The study aimed to determine the relationship between the social support levels of teachers working in special education schools and their attitudes toward teamwork. According to the analysis results; It was determined that there was a positive relationship between teachers' perceptions of social support and their teamwork attitudes. It was determined that teachers' perceptions of professional social support significantly predicted their attitudes towards teamwork.
